Same, I need this feature as well. Using this feature will also help me identify spam contacts and segment them into a list for easy deletion. HubSpot currrent doesn’t have the ability to delete contacts by marking them as spam (only the conversation). So this would be a good work around, but it doesn’t look like this works right now either.
Question… I’m being FLOODED by fake users messaging me on my Facebook messager with the whole “your account will be deleted” scheme. I found a common paragram in the messaging that is consistant “If you think this is a misunderstanding, please file a complaint with Facebook to restore the page before deleting it.”… how can i target this messaging to place any contacts that wrote that into a list?
