We need to be able to rename default objects - we are a nonprofit, so it doesn’t make sense to have a “deals” pipeline - some tailoring for nonprofits would be amazing. You can do custom objects with a paid plan, but it won’t work as great as the default ones, so renaming default objects would be perfect.
Also, the process to extend a trial is too difficult. The whole point is to test it to see if we buy or not.
We would also love instant communication with people who know about certain areas so that we can ask specific questions, for example, access to developers who can answer questions on integrations, or maybe a technical person who can answer questions setting up the trial so that we are not underusing the trial.
