The current flow of approving and adding payment to a quote (especially when a co-signer) feels disconnected and not intuitive.
The banner at the top is not intuitive or visible enough to prompt users to know to come back and click that button.
Make it more obvious the flow the client must follow, whether a cosigner or not is identified and prompt their return to submit payment.
