Problem / context
We’re a global sales team using many Round Robin meeting links. Right now, managing and choosing the right rotation is difficult:
- The order that Round Robin meetings appear isn’t easily controllable (no drag-and-drop ordering).
- There’s no way to conditionally filter which Round Robin rotations can be booked based on things like team, country, or region.
What we’d like to be able to do
- Drag-and-drop ordering of Round Robin meetings so admins can control how they appear to users (e.g. group by region or team, put most-used at the top).
- Or a way to define conditional filters (properties) that determine which Round Robin rotations are available, e.g.:
- By Team (APAC Sales, EMEA Sales, Americas Sales).
- By Country/Region so only relevant rotations show when booking.
Why this matters
For a global team with many Round Robins, having to manually scroll and visually filter is slow and error‑prone. Team‑ or region‑based organization (via drag‑ordering or conditional filters) would:
- Reduce booking errors (wrong region/rep).
- Speed up scheduling for reps.
- Make the tool scale much better for larger, global orgs.
