# Improve Jira integration - description formatting

Hi Team,

When you create a ticket in Jira via the Hubspot integration, it pastes the description as a block of text with no formatting.

This is quite painful when there is a long ticket description as you need to manually go in and add the formatting (ie. line spacing etc).

It would be great to include the formatting.
