I have a list of a single property that I want to import into HubSpot because I want to build a list with it. The property is linked to company record. I basically just want to bundle them all together as a list and that is it. Is there a way I can do this without updating anything or adding a new property?
We have data stored in another system and this is the only identifier that is the same across both- the company domain and company name are not stored. So for our purposes this is a unique identifier for companies.
Hi @alexagatiss,
Could you maybe rephrase your request or give an example? I’m not following entirely.
It sounds like you have a single property. What do you mean when you say that you have a list of it? Is it a multiple checkboxes or dropdown property with a list of options? If so, you can paste such a list of options here:
What do you mean by bundling them? Are you trying to identify companies in HubSpot which have a matching identifier to the one in your list?
If so, create a company segment, add the filter for your custom identifier, then paste all identifier values here:
Best regards
Hi Karsten, I have an Excel spreadsheet of the different data in a specific property for companies. In HubSpot, there is a unique company that corresponds to each of these values. And I want to put the companies in a list. The Excel doesn’t contain a unique identifier according to HubSpot. Though it is a unique identifier.
@alexagatiss in that case, the second screenshot of my previous reply applies
