Here’s the step by step short process to ensure phone numbers with country codes are correctly imported into HubSpot:

Step 1: Include country codes in all phone numbers using international format (e.g., +44 20 7946 0958) to ensure correct mapping in HubSpot.

Step 2: Ensure all phone numbers has consistent format to prevent errors

( Format : +[Country Code] [Phone Number] )

Step 3: Map your spreadsheet columns to the correct HubSpot properties, ensuring phone numbers (with or without separate country codes) are properly aligned. After import, review and validate entries, fixing any formatting issues as needed.
