# Importing mails

Hi,

I was wondering how to import mails from outlook into Hubspot. I have received an e-mail in outlook and I do not know how to import it to have all data with the company.

Hi @DSchuller,

You can forward your email to HubSpot and it should create the contact and company if they aren’t already in your HubSpot. [Here’s an article](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/settings/log-email-in-your-crm-with-the-bcc-or-forwarding-address).

Additionally, you could always reply to the email and log that activity in HubSpot which will have the same results.

Note, if you want a company with information created the [setting to automatically create and associate companies should be turned on](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/crm-setup/automatically-create-and-associate-companies-with-contacts).
