# Importing E-Mails

Hi Everyone,

Is there a way to import all e-mails that have been shared from Hubspot users with contacts so you can track all threads even if they weren’t send via Hubspot e-mail panel?

The best way to import emails into the CRM that have already been sent is by using the forwarding address associated with your portal (**[Your Hub ID]@forward.hubspot.com**). You can send the individual emails to this address and they will associate with the contact’s timeline.
