We LOVE the hubpsot/zoom functionality. How it imports zoom videos is wonderful -- easy to use & helpful.
However, the integration does something maddening -- it doesn’t import recordings unless the attendee registered. Zoom doesn’t even have a way to apply “force attendees to register” to all meetings -- sales reps have to manually go to *EACH* zoom meeting to toggle that on. As a result, lots of meetings don’t have enforced attendee registration which means a TON of meetings don’t get imported into Zoom.
This makes this really beautiful feature, practically, nearly useless. Almost like it was never built. It’s a shame. Also, maddening for us.
We’d like a couple things:
1. Automatically Import zoom meetings where there’s an attenedee in it. We are quite capable of associating that call with a contact.
2. Enable us to manually import zoom meetings. If you have to have a contact associated on import, give us a chance to associate it on the manual import screen.
