Import not capturing name only email

Hey Hubspot community,

I am trying to import a list of contacts using the template form provided by HubSpot but it is only capturing the email not first name, last name or any other fields.

I am at a loss why it isn’t working. Any ideas?

Hey @Ross_nz can you confirm exactly which template you are using? What are you columne headers?

Thanks for the response. The names were being mapped to a duplicate field.

Once I manually selected the appropriate field it worked perfectly.
