Import is stuck

Hello.

I am importing offers and contacts.

The process is stuck at the “elaboration” stage.

Data are being imported but the process is not ending, despite it began hours ago.

Hi @fgelli,

HubSpot uses automated systems to make sure that all users are following HubSpot’s Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service. If this is a larger import in a free portal, HubSpot might be conducting some checks.

Unfortunately, you’ll have to wait it out. Could you check again in a few hours?
