Import Error - Multiple values for a category

Hello,

What is the format for importing emails with multiple values under one category? For example, one email will have multiple values under “Contact: Category”.

I’ve tried uploading excels with “Rep Agency (current or not), Architect, Designer” (,) and " ‘Rep Agency (current or not)’ ‘Architect’ ‘Designer’ " ('), but both came back with errors.

How do I format multiple values in a single cell for the import?

I believe semi colons ( ; ) will be your friend for importing multiple values.
