Getting an error message on some of my import contacts: (email)
doesn’t validate and the contact does not import. If I manually add the contact (using cut and paste from the .csv file, the email is fine. Thank you
Hi @Lar1 It looks like those errored email adresses had extra spaces or some other hidden code attached. If you open the original file in a code editor app (like Sublime Text) you can see that several of the addresses have an extra character attached:
If you copeid and pasted the addresses into a spreadsheet to make the upload csv, chances are good the hidden code came from the document you originally copied from.
Please make sure there are not extra characters on your import csv and try again.
