I am trying to process a bulk import for contacts. All the fields appear to match up with their correct proprerties in hubspot and the text of the inputs is the same as that on Hubpot. All works fine except what I put into the “Legal basis for processing contact’s data” property will not pull through or import. I don’t get an error message, it just doesn’t update.
I have tried removing special charaters from the input properties and this drives an error message so it is clearly recognising that my import is correct, it just won’t update this one column. I have also tried exporting this data as a CSV and as a test changing it to another response for one person and uploading the same CSV and get the same issue. No update but no error message etiehr.
Has anyone had this before!
