How have other folks implemented MEDDICC in their deal process? Required Field gates? Custom objects? I’d like to hear how others have implemented MEDDICC in their deal process in Hubspot to ensure adoption.

Hey @EMcGrath!

For the orgs that I work with, we use deal gates. Now that HubSpot has conditional property logic, these become even more powerful. One thing to note, while we can’t force an association or label on a contact record I do have workflows that check if a contact with the correct label is associated (like Champion), and if not, the deal has the appropriate deal tag to highlight this.

Hey @Bryantworks! Just found this thread as I am also curious on how organizations have implemented the MEDDIC framework with Sales Hub. My initial thought is to use required properties in the deal stages, as you mention as well, and pair that with a MEDDIC Playbook.

It would be awesome to know more about the workflows you mention to check if a contact has the correct label or not. What triggers and steps do you use to make this happen? 😀

Hi there,

I recently developed an implementation to use Meddicc within HubSpot. Tired of manually filling out Meddicc forms in Excel and uploading them to HubSpot, I decided to leverage my coding skills to create a more streamlined solution.

You can check it out here: [https://meddiccscore.com/](https://meddiccscore.com/)

I’m now in the process of listing the app on the marketplace. So I need three active users. For it, the first three users who DM me their username will receive lifetime premium access!

Sounds awesome! I’ll discuss this app with my client and DM you as soon as possible.

Hi All,

Just to let you know that I have updated the app to include some AI magic. Now, the Score is calculated based on the responses quality and meaning. Moreover, it provides feedback on every category to improve the conversion rate.

I have added also a basic reporting tool and the possibility to export to CSV.

Check it out!

Hi All,

Just to let you know that I made a major update. Now the APP retrieves engagement data recorded in HubSpot and uses AI to pre-populate the sales framework (e.g., MEDDICC) with the deal information.

This makes the Sales Qualification process very easy and fast for the users!. Please check it out! : [https://meddiccscore.com/](https://meddiccscore.com/)
