Image too big in the multi text field

Hey,

I am attempting to incorporate an image into my quote by inserting it into a multi-text field within the deal.

I’m aware that I could use an image module, but the process is too complex.

The issue is when the image is too large, causing HubSpot to refuse to save the picture.

Is there a better way to add a picture in the field of a deal and display it in the custom quote?

Hi Ayman

I can think of two options:

  • Reduce the image size using something like TinyPNG, to a size HubSpot accepts
  • Have a CMS developer make a small change to your quote template (or module, but it doesn’t have to be a module) to pull image-link URL(s) from a deal or line item and render exactly how and where you want it in the quote. We can help you make that quick change if you are unsure.
