Image/ Logo size in Email-signature-generator

Which size is recommended for images and logos to be used in the new Hubspot Email Signature Generator? I Couldn find any info as the instruction is linking to the Email signature generator HOME.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Due to recent changes with Google Drive, images might not display correctly in the email signature generator or in some email providers. For the best results, HubSpot recommends saving your images on platforms like the HubSpot file manager. Alternatively, you can upload an image to Dropbox or a similar site and paste the URL. The file size should be less than 3 MB.

Hi Diana,

thanks for your reply. What I meant is the size or format not the file size. Ive uploaded a pic 600x250px which isn’t displayed in full (readable) size, compared to the logo (570 x 420 px).

Thanks for the details!

The width should ideally be 130px as this is the max width images are displayed at. The height can be anything to fit your desired aspect ratio.
