I'm wondering is possible to change the deal stage when someone books a meeting?

Hi,

I am trying to build a workflow that changes the Deal stage to “Meeting Scheduled” when a contact books a meeting using a Hubspot meeting link. Is this possible? I took a look myself but couldn’t figure it out.

Any help and/or tips are greatly appreciated.

Hi @EPitzaferro,

This can be achieved with a deal-based workflow:

Things worth noting about this workflow: This will update a deal’s stage if any associated contact has ever booked a meeting. In other words, this will not work for upselling/subsequent deals or follow-up business. HubSpot is not differentiating whether a meeting happened during an active deal or way before.
