I first set up Hubspot with my personal email and now I want to use a basic mail (not exchange) email. I’m getting an error when it asks for the URL as it requires a conversion to https:// which was not provided by my email service (imap.ionos.com). Should I assume the mail service I’m using is not compatible? Thanks, Gwen
