Would like to send my coaching clients a weekly survey (or form) on eight different accounts. They score each topic 1-10 with the ability to add comments under each topic. Once we receive their weekly response, we would like to automatically (although we can do this manually if needed) create a bar graph with emailable link comparing each account score to the account scores from the previous weeks they submitted. Can that be done in Hubspot? or combo integration? Thank you!
