Hey everyone, thought I’d share this since SMS inside HubSpot comes up a lot and there’s a big difference between what different integrations actually offer.
Two-way SMS should feel like a real conversation, not a workaround. Reps should be able to send and receive texts directly from the HubSpot contact record, with everything logged automatically, including MMS attachments, without switching tabs or apps.
Beyond one-to-one texting, bulk SMS should also be part of the same platform. Having a separate tool just for broadcast messages creates unnecessary complexity and makes it harder to keep a clean contact history in HubSpot.
