If I delete an email in my gmail inbox, will it remain in HubSpot?

I have hundreds of emails logged and tracked in HubSpot using the extension. If I delete my emails in Gmail to free up space, will it delete my emails in HubSpot too? I need these emails on the contact records.

No it won’t, logging an email in the CRM essentially sends a BBC email into HubSpot. So you deleting emails in your Gmail inbox won’t delete or remove them from the contact record.
