I would absolutely LOVE it if they would create a default account/portal to log into when you load Hubspot. We only have 3 right now, but I have read many requests from people who have more than we do. This has been requested for years. Yes, we can tell our team to double check where they are when they log in, but we all know how it is to be “on a mission” to complete something and forget to check a detail like that. The problem for us is that we have two sister companies and have finally combined them, using Business Units, and inevitably someone logs into the old portal. They only realize they are in the wrong place after doing work on customer accounts. This doesn’t seem like a big ask, but I am not a dev. I mean, you can set your homepage, so why not set a default account? Thankfully, I have come up with a solution of sorts. I created a dashboard with a huge warning sign that tells them they are in the wrong portal, then set that as the default homepage for everyone listed in that account. It’s a work around for now, but this would be incredibly helpful to a lot of people from what I have seen in the Community. --- This post was migrated from connect.com and was originally published at an earlier date.
The ability to create your own task types - Call, Email and To-Do as the only options really doesn’t cut it. There are so many other objects and options that can be edited or modified, but this hasn’t caught up. --- This post was migrated from connect.com and was originally published at an earlier date.
