Hi!
I’m curious to know if there’s a way to identify if a specific sales email ended up in the spam folder, without the recipient actively marked it as spam?

Hello @Petter , Happy Friday!
Once an email has been Delivered (handed off to the recipient’s mail server) we have very little control over where an email is placed after it has been delivered. The recipient’s mail server and Email Service Provider then decide where the email will live. Contact engagement is also part of the placement algorithm, if contacts haven’t historically engaged with your emails, an Email Service Provider and email security filter can see that and they may choose to place the email in the Junk folder.
This knowledge base explains more about it
