I’m looking for a way to share a specific URL with my team that opens the Deals board/list view with “All pipelines” selected by default.
Currently, when I share a link, it often defaults to a specific pipeline previously viewed by the user. For our less experienced users, this creates confusion as they think data is missing.
Is there a specific URL parameter we can use to force the “All pipelines” view? If not, I would like to suggest this as a feature to improve internal collaboration and data visibility.
For future reference if you ever want to submit a feature request, the best place to do so is our Ideas Forum here. Ideas posted in this forum are seen and reviewed directly by our product team regularly, and this is the best way to raise feature requests and increase the chance it will become a feature in the future, as well as receive updates on any future developments.
I’d also like to tag in some of our Top Contributors to see if they’ve found a way to achieve this!
Hi @EugeneAtKiwi, @Josh, @Anton -- if there isn’t a seamless way to sendView URLs, is there another feature you suggest, or a way to workaround this?
Thank you!
I don’t think this is possible on an index page view. As a workaround, you could use a table-style report that would include deals from all pipelines and could be easily shared and viewed without affecting the last viewed pipeline value the pipeline dropdown.
The only solution for something like this is to create a new Table style view (the plus icon next to all your deal tabs) configure and save it. This will give you a permanent URL to this view.
