Ideas for sending contracts with personal tokens

Hello, we are wondering how we can build up our “sending contract” process very easily.

Our contract is 10 side long (including SLA). It would be very nice if there is any option to integrate our contract in Hubspot. It is neccessary that we can add some personal tokens to the contract and send it as PDF to the customer. Additionatly is it important, that we can use an e-sign solution.

We are looking forward to any idea.

I think the best way by far to achieve what you are looking for is to use the services of a document signature platform that integrates with HubSpot.

The best of these in my experience has been PandaDoc but other options are available. Most of the popular one (including PandaDoc) can populate a document with information from HubSpot, send the document as a PDF, and gather an electronic signature.
