Please let me know how and where I can find my ID number, and how I can change my email address to log in??

Hey @szughni-,

You can find your User ID by going to Settings > Users & Teams, then clicking into your user — the User ID is in the URL of that page (it’s a long number at the end).

To change your login email, go to Settings > Security, then update your email under the Email section.

Hi @szughni-,

If you’re referring to your HubSpot portal ID, this number is typically mentioned at the end of automated system emails from HubSpot. Alternatively, once logged in, it’s the first number in the URL: https://app-eu1.hubspot.com/global-home/**123456789**

If you’re referring to your user ID, this is easiest accessed by clicking Settings > Users & Teams > click on user > second number in the URL: Settings

To change your email address, follow these steps: Change your HubSpot user's email address

  • In your HubSpot account, click your account name in the top right corner, then click Profile & Preferences.
  • In the left sidebar menu, navigate to General > Security.
  • In the Email section, click Edit email address.
  • In the dialog box, enter your new email address, and your HubSpot account password.
  • Click Save. Your email address will now be pending validation.
