Icons Not Appearing in Preview or Website Designer, but show in code & in the Design Manager

Hi,

I’m having a really weird problem with the template of a page that I’m working on right now and was directed to the Design Forum via Support.

The issue that I’m having revolves around the ‘Icon 7 (font awesome)’ that I added to the template via the design manager. For some reason they’re not showing up at all! I’m pretty certain that it’s because they initially came from another template, but how do I add them in here?

I’ve added the Icon 7 (font awesome) within the Content Column and underneath the image slide as seen here: 2017-08-15_0805 - TechSmith Screencast

I’m not a designer, so this is pretty far above my head, but I’d love any help I can get.

In the link you provided where you are trying to implement it without luck, where should it be appearing on the page? Do you have a screenshot for how it should look that you can attach?

Thanks so much for reaching out! HubSpot Support was actually able to figure out that there was some head code missing from the template that wasn’t properly rendering and fixed it.
