I would like to create multiple patterns of footer modules for marketing emails.
Specifically, I want to change only the company location.
Is there any way to do this?

Hi @KOJIKOJI,

Yes, this is possible, but requires a Marketing Hub Enterprise subscription: Edit email footer addresses

In any other subscription, you can only have one offline location. You can add additional text to the footer but not change the default address without changing it for all future sends.
