Quite good timing. HubSpot have just released their Customer Success workspace Beta!!! It’s a brand-new dedicated workspace designed to help customer success managers.
Any user with a Service Hub Pro or Enterprise seat can access the customer success workspace.
You can opt into public BETA’s by following this guide: Opt an HubSpot account into a beta feature
