I want to recognize an outstanding HubSpotter

Hi,

I was having a lot of trouble getting through to people on HubSpot regarding the 3 install requirement, so I went and expressed that in the Developer Slack. The administrator of that forum, Jennifer Nixon was awesome.

I was about to give up, but she was real with me and told me how I could actually succeed. Not just a bunch of fluff. She actually gave me some helpful tips and started helping me directly.

The world’s getting filled with a lot of AI nonsense. It’s hard to get through to people. So when they do good and they treat you like a human, you need to recognize them. Thank you, Jennifer!

Hi @HubBubDotXYZ, thank you so much for this! I really appreciate that you took the time to share what your experience getting started in the HubSpot Developer Slack was like with the community here — I couldn’t agree more, keeping humans at the center is more important than ever!
I’m glad we were able to connect and get you headed in the right direction. It can be tough navigating the early stages as an app developer in a new ecosystem, I know there were some frustrating moments but I admire your persistence and am excited to see where your journey leads.

Finding the right place to ask questions wasn’t as straightforward as it should be, especially when you’re new. If you have ideas on how we could make that path clearer for other app builders, I’d love to hear them — you can share your thoughts through our Developer Feedback Form. Every bit of insight helps us improve the experience for developers.

Hey, @HubBubDotXYZ :raising_hands: Thanks for taking the time to share this delight publicly. Please know, we appreciate YOU just as much! — Jaycee
