How can I have one chat bot that is our default available through the widget in the corner of the screen, but also have a second chat bot that will only pop up if someone clicks a specific button? I want both chat bots on the same URL.

HubSpot only support one chatbot per page, see here: Set a priority for chatflows You’d have to find a way to consolide both chatbots or pick one.
Could you provide more context about the content of this page and the goals for the chatbots?
