I want to change the sender(From) of the mailer that is launched by the mail button of the CRM tool.

Hi @hidas not sure I understand correctly. Do you mean when trying to send an email directly from a contact record (using the email integration) . If so, the sender will always be the email account you have connected in your Email preferences. It cannot be customized as in the Marketing emails.
