I personally would LOVE to see this option happen for meetings.

2. Allowing a single attendee to include multiple contacts/colleagues when scheduling a meeting. This might include an additional field within the flow to allow an attendee that is scheduling a meeting to insert the email addresses of colleagues that should also attend. Upon creation of the scheduling page, all of these contacts would be included in the Meetings experience. This use-case is likely more in-line with the way Meetings works today, and would hopefully require less effort by our team to build.

I would love to see the option of adding a CC to the meeting forms so that we can send the event notification and meeting booked to two people in our organization. If one can’t take the meeting them the other one would.

Yes please, so many leads want to add multiple people to a meeting. This seems to be common sense to have this feature in a tool like HubSpot!

I would like to add the need to have more than one person able to schedule a time for a meeting. We have Parent Teacher Conferences coming up an we have to use a different scheduling platform because there is no way for us to say for these time slots people allow “5” people to schedule at the same time.
This would be a great feature!

Does anyone know if this has been added as a feature yet? The last update I saw said it was planned for 2022. It doesn’t look like it in my current enterprise, but perhaps we would have to upgrade to see it?

Everyone has said this already. I agree with all of the things. The purpose of a meeting link is to allow your desired attendees to meet with your link. Not giving them the ability to book all the potential attendees without manually forwarding and such is a large miss. Zoom and calendly both have this feature. Without this feature the meetings link tool is incomplete. It is rare for my high level meetings to be with only one person from the other org.

There is so much need here. Hubspot, do you have any plans to add this in?
I don’t want to be forced to use Calendy because it isn’t integrated with
you but we have a lot of comments from prospects that they can’t invite
their people and when they update or cancel, all the people don’t receive
those updates so it causing a lot of issues.

+1 - I use this feature all the time and it messes up some of our active lists when guests cannot add multiple people/emails from our scheduling page to the meeting

Seriously this is really needed. We have partners who set up meetings on our behalf and need them to be able to add themselves AND the customer.
