I turned off a workflow accidentally and can't figure out how to turn it back on!

Hi,

I turned off some workflows and I’m a new hubspot user and can’t figure out how to get it back on easily.

Can somebody please help me figure this out?

Go to “Automation” on the top nav bar. From there, select “Workflows”. Find or search for your workflow there.
After you’ve found it, open it up and there will be a toggle on/off button on the top right:

Hi @RSpaugh,

Under Menu > Automation > Workflows, you should still see the workflow. Using the Status filter might make things easier:

Once you’ve opened the workflow, you should see this in the top right corner:

Keep in mind that contacts who were pulled out of the workflow when you switched it off will not automatically re-enter at the correct step of the workflow. If you’re unsure what to do, feel free to share more context about what the workflow does.

Thank you so much for the reply! Here’s a screenshot of the error message
when I click review, as well as a link to a screen recording of the entire

Hi @RSpaugh,

At the very bottom, the very last step, you need to make a change. This workflow is trying to enroll contacts in another workflow. That workflow might have been deleted, hence the error.
