I passed the Service Hub Software Certification Exam with a score of 46/60, but HubSpot Academy shows “Exam passed but award not generated.” Refreshing did not resolve it.

Can you please try going to your profile tab in the Academy and downloading the certificate from there?
If you are unable to, can you please provide a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end?
