I need to transfer my certifications (I have 3) from one email address to anotehr but I no longer have access to my previous email. Can you help please?
THis happened to me. THe HubSpot support line was very helpful. I was able to give them the old portal ID and email address, and they transferred my certs to my Gmail address.
