When you create share links, you can specify which link it should be pointing to, see for example this tool: Social Media Share Link Generator for Twitter, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Pinterest
It’s not possible to specify images within those share links – so you would have to make sure that the website or landing page which belongs to the destination URL has the correct featured image set up: Use a featured image on a page or blog post
