I lost access to my old accout, Could you send me the certificate?

Hi. I’ve completed Inbound Marketing and Inbound Sales courses as “bgl492@myy.haaga-helia.fi” account, but now I have lost access to the account.

I need those certificates in pdf files, so could you send them to “jazz4harrison@gmail.com” please?

I’m not sure what went wrong, but if you cannot find any certification in that account could you please check these credential IDs instead?

I hope this finds you well. The issue here seems to be the old email address not the one you would like the certs transferred to.

Is it perhaps misspelled?

Hello,
I completed the Inbound Marketing certification over 5 years ago and now also lost my certificate. Unfortunately, I cannot log in with the old mail to the Academy anymore. Is there a chance that my certificate still can be found?
