These months I have had a challenge that I don’t know how to face, I changed my Whatsapp boton for the Hubspot chatflow, the truth is that lead capture to Improved significantly, But I can not use that action as a conversion in Google Analitys.
Try to Solve it with Google Tag manager, but the chatflow button usually has an image and not a text, I contacted support to know if the chat has any kind of measurement ID and I was told that I can not do the measurement with a link or code.
Because chatflow doesn’t have those elements, can anyone give me any idea how to fix it?
