I have no video sound from Academy courses

Hello,

I have no video sound from Academy courses. Everything else works fine in the adjacent tabs. Where could be a problem?

  • Ensure the tab is not muted.
  • Check the browser audio settings and verify if the sound is allowed for the website. Remove it if it is on the blocked list.
  • Try clearing the cache, as cached files might also cause playback issues.
  • Open the course in a private browsing window and check if it works fine there, as browser extensions could be conflicting with the audio.
  • Try logging out of your HubSpot account and logging back in to refresh the session.
