i have a 100ish contact list…delivery went down 80% overnight. why? Curious as to if this is a Hubspot glitch or if there is some setting i need to change on my dashboard. Thanks!

Could you please share a screenshot of what exactly you’re looking at? Where are you seeing this number?
Did you send emails between yesterday and today to that same list, since you’re mentioning “overnight”?
Delivery can decrease due to bounces, so if you recently sent an email, contacts bounced, that would explained the change in deliverability. But, as I said, it depends on where exactly you’re looking at this number and your recent marketing email activity.
If you’re referring to an estimate / preview of expected delivery, then I’d recommend to not put too much thought to it.

a couple of screenshots. Yes, it says that some are openning what is delivered, but almost overnight the opens went from about 30-50% down to 6-10%. I send this email out weekly. See link below…thoughts? Thank you!

In any case, the reason is likely the 44 not sent in the first screenshot. In the left sidebar, click “Not sent” and you’ll see explanations as to why they weren’t sent.
