I had created teams on the account, but I found that they had disappeared.

A few likely explanations:

  • You were previously on a Professional or Enterprise subscription (or trial) but you’re not anymore. Teams are a Professional or Enterprise feature: Create and manage teams
  • Someone in your account deleted the teams. You can contact HubSpot support and ask them to investigate if you’re on a paid subscription. If you’re not: see above.
  • You set up or are reviewing teams in the wrong account - it happens to the best of us: Manage multiple HubSpot accounts

It’s unlikely that the teams were deleted by HubSpot or as part of a bug - but that can of course not be ruled out. It’s also an option, however a very improbable one. I haven’t come across this in more than a decade of using HubSpot full-time.
