I signed up for a monthly premium Hubspot to do practical tasks.
Few days ago I passed Exam but didn’t get certificate due to practice tasks. I completed them all, but for some reason the system did not take this into account. It is important for my resume and Linkedin profile to have a certification. I will be very grateful if you help me understand the situation and get a certificate.

I created a buyer persona already, but I don’t know why the system doesn’t see it.
