I connected HubSpot to my Wordpress form but not all the properties are being detected, there are 2 missing fields
Hi @OriónDevelop and welcome, we are delighted to have you here!
Thanks for reaching out to the HubSpot Community!
For information, here are some related resources:
- Install and use the HubSpot WordPress plugin
- Add HubSpot forms to WordPress pages and posts (legacy)
- Where can you not see some of the properties, please?
When creating the form and you want to select the fields, they are missing?
Or once the fields have been added, they do not appear on the form?
- What is the link of the page where the form appears?
- Which fields are missing?
The more info, screenshots (without sensitive/confidential information), and details you can provide, the better the Community can assist.
I’d love to put you in touch with our Top Experts: Hi @ashleyidesign, @TomM2 and @Sjardo do you have suggestions to help @OriónDevelop, please?
Have a fantastic day and thanks so much for your help!

Hi @OriónDevelop ,
When connecting a WordPress form to HubSpot, if some properties aren’t being detected, it’s usually due to one of the following reasons:
1. Field Name Mismatch
- HubSpot relies on internal property names, not just the labels. Ensure your WordPress form field names exactly match the HubSpot property names.
2. Property Type Incompatibility
-
Certain HubSpot properties require specific formats:
-
Date fields: YYYY-MM-DD
-
Dropdowns / Selects: values must match HubSpot options exactly
-
Checkboxes / Multi-checkboxes: HubSpot requires arrays for multi-selects
