Which subscription level are you on? If you’re on a paid Marketing hub subscription, you can automatically add the contacts to a list when you create a new ad: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/ads/create-facebook-and-linkedin-lead-ads-in-hubspot?hubs_content=knowledge.hubspot.com/ads/connect-your-facebook-ads-account-to-hubspot&hubs_content-cta=Create%20lead%20ad%20campaigns#set-up-automation-marketing-hub-starter-professional-or-enterprise-only
Alternatively, you can create a list from scratch: Create segments
