“Some functions will remain blocked An unusual behaviour has been noticed on your account. Access to certain functions on the platform will be blocked. This is a final decision that cannot be appealed.” How can I work on this platform If there’s an issue after trying sending 300 emails. ---

Hi @3energy, This knowledge base article explains why your email sending might be suspended: [Resolve email sending suspensions](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email/why-is-my-email-suspended) For free CRM accounts the email tool will remain locked after sending is suspended, unfortunately. Only paid accounts (Marketing Hub Starter or higher) can [appeal the suspension](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email/why-is-my-email-suspended#resolve-a-marketing-email-sending-suspension). With a free CRM account, while the email tool will remain locked, you can continue to use the other tools in HubSpot. I understand that this is frustrating. HubSpot uses automated systems to protect the deliverability of emails from all HubSpot users. Apparently there was something about your email activity which put that at risk, such as a high bounce rate. Best regards!
