I can’t locate the hubspot help desk

It should show up in the navigation here:
There’s a chance you’re still on the old navigation in which case it should show up under ‘Service’.
Can you share a screenshot of your navigation? Which HubSpot subscription are you on? Which role do you hold in your portal, are you a super admin?

The help desk its still on a testing phase
so, if you dont see it under Workspaces
just need to wait a couple more days untill its finally released for all public.
