I Cant receive e-mail notification from new contacts

Hey guys

I created a new hubspot account to receive leads from my Facebook ads. But I can’t receive notification emails when a new contact arrives in my CRM.

I’ve already set up new contacts to be assigned to the business owner, and I’ve also set the settings to receive email when a contact is assigned to me, but nothing happens.

Does anyone know what could be going on? Note: I normally receive emails from hubspot

I was able to create automation through the campaign. But I don’t understand why the hubspot settings notification setup doesn’t work, and the settings are correct. I will test the way you indicated to see if the notifications appear. thanks

Hi @karstenkoehler how are you. I did your sugestion and it was working for me, but, now i tryed create another campaign and this option desapear. When i go to the ad setting > automation, just there is an option do create a list.
